Then a door of opportunity opened that pushed my fitness routine to new limits. Several of my employees were interested in having someone teach an ab class. Could I actually teach them? How can I sacrifice the time needed out of my already crazy week to host this class? I took a leap and committed. It was one of the best things I’ve done! Becoming a teacher for young woman that just want to feel better about themselves has been inspiring. Now I not only work out for my own self, but I am working out to keep others motivated.
Added benefits of training others include:
- Validate my actions and hard work and proved my personal experience worked
- Makes me feel better about myself for giving back to others
- Keeps me motivated in my wellness goals
- Gives me pride and satisfaction that is derived from someone else’s accomplishment
