It's easy to be afraid that you won't find that special someone. The search for your soulmate may feel as hard as finding a needle in a haystack. I'm a romantic however and I do believe there is a perfect match for everyone. Generally we find that match when we are not looking. Love has a tendency to catch us when our guard is down and we aren't trying to control it. So how are you going to find your needle in the haystack?
I'm not an expert in love but I have lots of interesting stories of how cupid's arrow brought together several pairs of soulmates. Maybe some of these stories will encourage you to try love again.
He was a singer and she was out with friends to see a concert. Who would of thought that an innocent night out to listen to music would end up with a visit to the band room and eventually down the aisle.
Both college students. He moved here from another state and she has lived her all her life. They end up in the same bible study in a hallway at a university. Today they are counting the days down until they say I-do.
Both high school students trying out for the same play. What was the chances that Romeo and Juliet would end up becoming a real life romance. Today they are continuing to find their place in this world but are doing it together in college.
Members of the same church. She sat behind him for months. Who would have thought they would eventually hit it off, tie the knot and now have the most precious baby.
As you can see by just this small sampling of stories, love can find you in places where you never intended. Until love finds you consider the following:
Love can find you. But until the moment you recognize that your soulmate stands before you, love life. Enjoy being solo and get the most out of your life. Don't pressure yourself to search for love like a needle in a haystack. That only brings unneeded anxiety and pressure in your life. Love will eventually knock, you just have to be listening?
